Here are the finished Christmas projects that I made for my family from my "Mess of Jewels" ~~ Four Framed Jeweled Christmas Trees ~~
They were a really fun project that I worked on little by little each evening while watching Christmas movies! After making four of them I was ready to stop so I didn't make one for us but eventually I will do just that ~ maybe next year!
I am so happy to be the recipient of the very last tree shown in the post! Girl, you are so talented, I just love all of these! They are so victorian, so very lovely. I'm glad you photographed them all!
WOW SO BEAUTIFUL!! How did you ever think of doing that?? Making trees with jewelry. MY daughter would love it!! I also have a friend that lives in a victorian home she would love this idea! You are soo talanted! In all you do! so Awesome! Thank you!!for sharing with us ! And Happy New Year to You !
Kathy. . .I didn't recieve your message about the trees until today! I have been taking a much needed break from ebay and email! Thanks so much for your kind comments and link to your blogspot. Your trees are absolutely lovely. . .I am so happy that the advice helped! It sounds as if your labor intensive and love filled gifts were well received and appreciated. They will surely be treasured for many years to come!!! Kindest wishes, Chris
My grandfather made trees and butterflies like these, completely crusted with faux and real jewels. I have one in my dining room and have loved it ever since he gave it to me nearly 25 years ago.
It's small wonder that I became a jeweller myself. Thank you for sharing your lovely creations!

Happy New Year!
They are marvelous! My mother made something like that when I was young. I wonder where it got to? They will be treasured keepsakes I am sure :-)
